Raw Material

  • Orange Pulp Cells can be applied in fruit beverages, food industrial applications, dairy products, bakery, ice creams, soft drinks/drinks, ready meals, jams and syrups. However they are normally used to give body to orange juices, certain blends and ice creams. Brix : 8.1 Min , Acidity % (As ACA) : 0.4 - 1.2, % cells by weight : 60% Min.
  • Pineapple Juice Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages, and can be reconstituted by dilution with water in order to reach the Brix grades of ready to drink product. pack it in aseptic bags, into metallic, cone-shaped drums, covered with plastic lids. Brix: 59.0 ~ 62.0
  • Lemon Fruit Concentrate: Brix:49.0~51.0, Cloudy: Brix: 42.0~44.0, Clear:42.0~44.0, Lemon Juice Concentrate may be used in many different products, such as fruit beverages, ice creams, soft drinks/drinks, ready meals, jams, syrups, fruit bases, bakery products, and dairy products. Its colour, taste and flavor are typical of fresh lemons. This product is sent frozen, in a metallic, cone-shaped drum, with a plastic lid,
  • Apple juice concentrate is typically available as a clarified concentrate at 68.0 – 71.0°Brix. for Drinks and beverages usage.
  • It can used in the elaboration of soft drinks, fruit juices, bakery products, ready meals, jams,M.O.Q:10 Mt. orange concentrate with a Brix level of 64-66 and an acidity of 3.0-4.0. The pH is always lower than 3.9.
